We are continually striving to make this Flea Market a pleasant and satisfying experience for all. To that end, we need everyone’s cooperation.
Vendors are admitted, starting at 5 a.m. We need every vendor to fill out a MA Registration form detailing the required information—especially your Tax I.D. or Social Security number. (This is required by the MA Dept. of Revenue and is not an optional choice.) Once this has been completed and processed, a card with your name and season will be issued the following week. This needs to be handed to the attendant with your entry fee upon entering the flea market. This will eliminate the need for additional forms to be filled out.
The flea market is open 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. We expect the vendors to leave at 2 p.m.
If you are going to need to leave before 1 p.m., please let us know when you arrive and we will set you up towards the rear of the Flea Market so it will still look appealing to the customers. We will accommodate the best we can.
When breaking down and getting ready to leave, please take your trash and unsold treasures with you. This will allow us to keep costs low and maintenance at a minimum.
Fees will be collected at the gate upon entering (with your completed form for first visit this season). Cars–$25, 1 space; trucks–$50, 2 spaces. Additional spaces will be $25 each. Therefore, please plan accordingly. Upon payment, you will be given a stamped receipt to be placed on your dashboard.
Patrons will be admitted at 6 a.m. Admission is $1 for adults, fifty cents for senior citizens. (Children up to 12 are admitted free.)
Food vendors and Port-a-Johns will again be available for your convenience. If you see a problem with the vendors or Port-a-Johns, please inform one of the Flea Market workers immediately. Our Employees are Katie, Willa, Kevin, Ed, Dee, Krystal and Adam.
We welcome your suggestions. Help us create a positive event for all involved in this season!
